Spinning is more than just a workout, it is a great way to get your cardio while having fun. Indoor cycling is uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, deliver a personalized workout, incredible calorie burn and personal challenge—all at a self-directed pace.

Once a month, Dori will teach a 1/2 hour special class to help you get accustomed to the Spin bike and learn everything you need to take an energizing class!
