The session begins with a comprehensive health assessment and customized eating plan. Trainers work with the participants throughout the 8-weeks in several teams where you receive the benefits of customized personal training, nutritional counseling, weekly motivational meetings and lectures all designed to help you achieve personal goals and lifestyle changes. Also included in the program is a final assessment including weigh-ins, measurements, and body composition test.
The program focuses not only on weight loss but on the exercise component of health. As a result of this approach, participants see a reduction in other health indicators such as body measurements and body fat.
