All-Inclusive Training

Our new All-Inclusive Training Programs are a unique  training experience unlike any
personal training you may have had in the past.

This is what you will get when you sign up:

  • A complete Fitness Evaluation with one of our Coaches, during which we will discuss your fitness goals and perform a movement screening so we can design a program that helps you achieve your goals while preventing injury 
  • An Individualized Program specifically designed to you and your goals. (Updated every 4-6 weeks)
  • 4 Intensive Semi-Private Coaching Sessions per Month (1 per week)all inclusive training
  • UNLIMTED In-Gym Coaching even when you are not in for your session
  • Plus your regular gym membership is INCLUDED!
  • A thirty-minute Nutrition Consultation with Kim Garrity, our Nutritionist, and a journal to log your meals

Training Only (per session) Programs

  • Deluxe Intro Package:
    Includes two additional one hour training sessions during which one of our certified personal trainers will design and teach you a custom training program which will help you achieve your goals.
  • All-Inclusive Training Packages:
    We now offer an All-Inclusive Training membership that is getting amazing results for our clients. The program includes weekly training sessions as well as nutritional support. Visit our All Inclusive Training page for more information.
  • Five and Ten Session Packages:
    With our larger training packages, our professional and experienced personal training staff can work with you on a regular basis, over an extended period of time to help you achieve your goals effectively and efficiently.
    You could also decide to use a ten session pack throughout the entire year and be able to update your workout program every six to eight weeks (as recommended).
  • Program Update Package:
    Includes two additional one hour sessions during which one of our certified personal trainers will assess your progress and update your training program to jumpstart your workout routine and break through any plateaus to help you reach your goals.
