Our Personal Training Services include:
- A Free Orientation Session to get you started
- Deluxe Intro Package:
Includes two additional one hour training sessions during which one of our certified personal trainers will design and teach you a custom training program which will help you achieve your goals.
- Five and Ten Session Packages:
With our larger training packages, our professional and experienced personal training staff can work with you on a regular basis, over an extended period of time to help you achieve your goals effectively and efficiently.
You could also decide to use a ten session pack throughout the entire year and be able to update your workout program every six to eight weeks (as recommended).
- Program Update Package:
Includes two additional one hour sessions during which one of our certified personal trainers will assess your progress and update your training program to jumpstart your workout routine and break through any plateaus to help you reach your goals.
