Do you have a Busy Life?

Then this week's lecture topic can not be missed!
With today's busy lifestyles all of us are affected; Lack of sleep, high stress levels and eating on the run all lead to hormone imbalances, food cravings and nutritionally deficient diets. In this week's lecture we will take a hard look at some great ideas that can help keep you on track...REGARDLESS OF YOUR BUSY LIFE! Yes, there are answers and things you can do to help support your body.
Prior to coming give some thought to your lifestyle.
• Are you letting your lifestyle get in the way of your health goals?
• What are your change priorities?
• What improvements have you made thus far?
• What more can you do?
Remember, I warned you that there was going to be a lot of ongoing mental work that needs to be done to help you accomplish your goals. We are in week 4 of the program, HALFWAY THROUGH, what mental work have you done thus far? Are you still floundering in your commitment? Are you still letting those barriers get in your way this time around?
