Sports Drinks...they are marketed non-stop; you see everyone drinking them, even when they are NOT exercising. Predominately made up of quickly absorbable carbohydrates in the form of sugar, sports drinks are advertised to "help you maintain your energy" and "keep you hydrated" during activities.
