Group Fitness Survey
We strongly value our members' opinions here
at Eastpointe Health & Fitness and regularly use
your feedback to guide our decisions in many areas
of the club. Our Group Fitness program is the best
in the area and we are always looking for ways to
make it even better. Please take this opportunity to
give us your feedback regarding what new classes
you would like to see added, which instructors you
would like to see teaching more classes, as well
as what days and times work best for you. The
survey only takes about 5 minutes to complete and
the feedback we receive from it will help us decide
what types of classes to add to the schedule and
when to add them. Your feedback is vital to this
process, so please take this opportunity to let us
know what you think!

Mixed Martial Arts &
Bootcamp Workshops

So you’ve decided to get yourself into shape.
Congratulations! You’ve joined Eastpointe Health &
Fitness. Even bigger kudos! You have visions
of your future self with leaner legs, defined shoulders
and tighter arms. You want to create a bit of a little
“situation” out of your own abs. Most of all, you
want to increase your metabolism and your overall
health.

Now what?

You dig through some old boxes you haven’t seen in a while to retrieve some old workout clothes. You check yourself out in the mirror and decide to take off the headbands, wristbands and leg warmers and put them back in the box (hey, they could come back in style someday). You think, “Has it been that long since I worked out?”

Reminders
  • Lockers are for Daily Use only. All lockers that are not being used for more then a day must be registered with the front desk. If you would like to be considered for a permanent locker, you must speak to Paul to make arrangements.Please leave your name, phone number, and locker position at the front desk to start this process.

  • Please lock all personal items in a locker. Staff members can not be responsible for watching items left at the desk, in the key basket or in the locker room.

  • The Lost & Found is located above the drink cabinet. Items remaining in the basket longer than 2 months are donated to charity.
  • Choose your Gift when
    you Refer a Friend!

    When you refer a friend that joins the gym before the end of the year, you will receive one of the following gifts – the choice is yours!

  • $50 Gift Certificate towards Personal Training or a     Nutrition Package
  • 1-hour Massage
  • Free month of membership
  • And we'll also throw in a free Eastpointe Health & Fitness cap with all referrals that join before the end of the year.

    Thanksgiving Day Hours
    The gym will be open from 7:00am – 11:00am on Thursday, November 25th. There will be no Regular Classes or Childcare. The gym will be open regular hours the day before and the weekend after Thanksgiving Day.

    Eastpointe Chiropractic Hours
    Eastpointe Chiropractic will be closed on Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) but will have regular appointment hours the day before and the weekend after Thanksgiving. .

    Turkey-Buster Spin Class
    Nadine will be doing a special Turkey-Buster Spin
    Class at 7:00am.

    Body Sculpting Class to benefit the Monmouth County SPCA !

    Dori is donating her holiday time on Thanksgiving Day from 9:00am –10:30am for a Full Body Sculpting Class to benefit the Monmouth County SPCA !

    For admission to the class please bring an item for
    the SPCA. Pick up a wish list at the front desk.

    Food Drive to Benefit the AACC Food Pantry
    Bring in a non-perishable food item for the donation box at the front desk. Monetary donations payable to AACC Food Pantry will also be accepted.

    Staying on Track while
    out of Town

    Hi Real Resulters,

    I had a good week again even with a trip out of town.I went to Lancaster, PA for work and to visit my family.I was on schedule with my workouts being able to take a spin class in PA as well as a gentle hike through goldenwoods on a beautiful 75 degree day.  My eating was a tad off but not terrible when I was out of town.
