Common Questions about Chiropractic Care & Physical Therapy

"I am suffering from ________. Will care at your office be helpful for such a condition?"

We are often asked this question. The true answer is it can be difficult to tell. Health problems can be very complex and it is not uncommon to find a patient so confused about all the possible causes to their problem that they do nothing, and suffer needlessly. The best tool to help out in this situation is the "COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION." Just by asking you can get a private, face to face appointment with the doctor. We can tell you whether our approach to treatment is appropriate for your condition and what you can expect from care. If we don't truly feel we can help you, we will refer you to another Doctor or specialist who is more appropriate. This is done free of charge and without obligation.

Do you take my insurance?

At Eastpointe Chiropractic & Physical Therapy we work with most major insurance companies. However finding out if the care you need is covered can be a very complicated question. It's for this reason we offer a COMPLIMENTARY BENEFIT CHECK. By providing our staff with just a small amount of information about your policy and yourself, we can find out to the penny what portion of your care will be covered by third party health insurance or your auto or workers compensation policy. Before having any care or incurring any charges, you will know exactly what your out of pocket cost (if any) will be.

Care at our office can be covered by Medicare, Major Medical Policies, Personal Injury Policy (auto) and Worker's Compensation. Please call and ask the staff for a complimentary benefit check.

What if I don't have any health insurance? What if my health insurance is very limited?

This isn't a problem. Ask the staff to explain our "PAY AT TIME OF SERVICE fees. More and more of the public is paying out of pocket for their care these days. We've made the process simple and more affordable with this program. If you thought you would be unable to afford care because of a lack of insurance, contact us and ask how this plan works!

Do I need a referral?

You do NOT need a referral to see a Chiropractor. Requirements differ for each insurance company and with each individual policy. For Physical Therapy, our staff will be able to answer your insurance questions once we complete a complimentary benefit check.
