Originally named "Boot Camp" because it resembled thepush ups physical training of a soldier, this type of workout is an efficient way to exercise your entire body by going from one exercise to another with no rest. It involves calisthenics at a high intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work hard and you burn calories like crazy!
