- Monday from 9am - 11am
- Tuesday from 8am - 12pm and 5pm - 7pm
- Wednesday from 8:30am - 11am
- Thursday from 8am - 12pm
- Friday from 9am – 11am
- Saturday from 9:05am – 11:05am
Nutritional Services
In order to achieve the best results from your fitness program, a healthy diet is a must. Our certified nutritionist provides initial consultations and follow-ups upon request. All meetings are by appointment only. Costs vary for this service depending on the individual package.

Our massage therapist is available for appointments.
Locker Room and Shower Facilities
Eastpointe Health & Fitness provides ultra-clean, newly renovated locker rooms, showers and saunas for our members.
Free Towel Service
